Episode V
Related to country: Egypt

(Hint: see episode IV first)

In the morning, me, my sister, Anna, and Assem, we decided to take a "glassboat". At the hotel, hey had a small boat with a horizontal glass panel that enables the passenger to see the sea bed, with its beautiful corals and colorful fishery. The four of us took that small glassboat, and we made a little tour in the bays and coral reefs surrounding Hurghada.

At some point, the captain stopped the engine, and told us it's a good place for snorkeling. He even rent us for free some waterglasses and respiration tubes. The weather was extremely hot, and the burning sun stimulated me to just throw myslef into the cool clear waters!

In the location I was swimming, the sea bed was extremely near, I actually stood up on a rocky reef just 20 meters from the boat, where I could watch clearly the "hidden gardens" of the Red Sea. Two German tourists were standing next to me, and one of them was extremely excited told me:
"Eine kleine fisch!" pointing out at a beautiful pale-green swordfish. I told him humbly: "meine deutsch ist nicht gut", so he replied "und mein englisch ist miserable!". The beauty underneath these waters is really unexplicable, you have to go see it yourselves!

On the boat, Anna and Assem were still having problems in using the waterglasses and tubes, but they were encouraged when they saw me "standing" in the middle of the sea, and they soon joined me. Meanwhile, my sister was taking pictures form the top of the boat. An hour later, we decided to end this little trip, in order to catch our next appointment: A visit to a bedouin settlement!
